#181 Upgrading Xoops Search Engine

Hi,
Although, Xoops has a very very powerful search engine,
I think it is really needed to upgrade it to a newer one. In
fact, If we can implant some more features such as
searching in certain topics or forums, or adding "And"
and "Or" functions, that would be great!
