#172 Add control on image display in signature

If a user includes an image (via bbcode or html) in his
signature which is larger than the width of the table
column in which the signature is being displayed in the
userinfo.php, the column-width is being stretched to the
width of the image, which can lead to ugly looking
userinfo-pages.

Images should be checked and resized to a maximum
width befor being displayed.
