#169 a more intuitive error message when registering

When i try to register at xoops 2.2 and wait for too
long while typing in my user data (20 minutes?), there
is the following error message when i pushed the
"submit button"

Valid token expired
No valid security token found in session

Sorry, but no user without deep technical knowledge
will understand this message ;). Better would be:

Sorry, but your request took too long. Please try again.

(although i dont understand the problem. i was not
logged in..)
