#166 extra features should be planted on the Xoops Comment system

Hi,
I was thinking of having a big change in the Xoops
Comment system so thet webmaster can have more
control over the comment system so that S/he can lock
the comments thread for a specific News item, or etc.
Also if it is possible the comment system should be
changed and should have some features and options of
Newbb/Cbb like fast reply alos the user information bar
of cbb/newbb would be great!
