#159 Page showing "page not automatically..." removed or replaced

I have a suggestion for the upcoming release of the
xoops.

Can the page displaying "If the page does not
automatically reload, please click here" be removed or
replaced by adding a short sentence about the situation
in the existing automatically reloaded page?

This highly increases the efficiency of browsing the
xoops site.
