#157 Ability to close a particular module

One request: will it be possible to close individual modules - and not just the whole site for maintenance? When working on a site where availability is important, you can remove public access to a group of users, but this removes the menu link at the same time, which can lead to confusion and doesn't belong to a serious web presence.
