#149 Notifications on keywords

This is something I think would be really usefull in
the notifications system. Users could set keywords in
there notification settings.

For example, I would like to be inform of any posts,
news, comments, links, etc... that contains the keyword
: smartfactory, smartfaq, smartsection, smartmedia,
multilanguage, etc...

With that function, we would not miss posts we can
answer ;-) and users would probably get an answer faster !
