#139 improve the comment system
since xoops 2.1 will released with individual core
module IMO one important part is comments. i have some
suggestion for xoops comments module:
- add page number (improve already hack in xoops.org )
- add a function to recent comments block for select
modules to showing comments.also a clonable block is
best goal.
- prevent double posting in very short ( specific )
time some thing similar with newbb2.
- add quick reply

Quick and Easy commenting by unregistered visitors who
should be given a choice to provide a Name, email and URL
instead of forcing them to post as 'guest' or 'anonymous' only.
Instead, three choices should be offered:
1. Enter your site membership details:
2. If you not a member of this site yet, provide your name,
email and URL (email will be shown only to the webmaster)
3. Post as anonymous.
This will promote greater interaction and avoid confusion when
many visitors leave comments as 'guest/anonymous'.
