#132 Nickname should be added other than real name and username

I think nickname should be added in the next version
because this nickname is the name shown on the forum
post or elsewhere. Currently, real name and username
are provided.

Three names should be totally differentiated.
1. Real Name = Member real name, e.g. George Bush
2. Nickname = name which will be shown to the public,
e.g. the name of forum poster.
3. Username = name which is used to login the account.

In XOOPS 2.2, the username will only be used to login to the
account with Real Name being used for displaying.

It is still to be investigated, if it breaks many modules
that will continue to show loginname or if they will be
changed through the core routines being updated.
