#130 Allow change in the URL shown in the browser

For example,

See! This URL of this site is http://www.tw-xoops.net,
but the URL shown is http://www.tw-
xoops.net/modules/news/. The URL of the homepage
has been changed! Can it been fixed to normal?

Moreover, when I point (not click) the cursor to the
menu, its URL is http://www.tw-
xoops.net/modules/XXX/. I don't want the visitors to
see the the words /modules, which is coding structure
of the web site. I would like the visitrs to see the actual
site content structure, not the coding structure. Can I
remove all these words showing the coding of the site
from the URL?
