#114 Add group perm to control display of member profiles
It would be nice to use group permissions to control
access to view other member's profiles. It is quite
common that you would want to not make this visible to
anonymous users, but in some cases, even registered
users should not see the profiles of other users.
It would be really nice to control view access by group
at the field level, so that registered users can see
the name and PM button, but only webmasters can see the
location or email address. This seems like a major
change, however, so just restricting access to the page
to view info is probably best for now.
