#110 possibility of custom headers

Since Mozilla Firefox is now able to display a little
"RSS" tag at the bottom of the screen when a RSS feed
of a page is available, it would be nice if there was a
possibilty to add a custom header such as "<link>...."
to the page header output without modifying the code
directly. It would also make things easier if somebody
wants other headers (apart from the meta tags) on the page.
