When we put an tag <a name="xx"/>, the text right after the tag apear as a link when the mouse go over the text.

Putting it as <a name="xx></a> fix that.

I guess the xooki make some processing of the <a> tags.

NB: I see this when editing the doc in the ivy project that is using xooki.
