#25 Patch for Menubar hiding X Title bars

Fixing the fact that X stuff gets put behind the Aqua
menubar under rootless mode.

It makes the first frame to be created to be 23 pixels
shorter than the screen size. The 23 pixels comes from
the MenuBar height under Aqua.

I testing it on my computer and it works. I haven't
tried with multi-monitor mode. We will have to try. I
don't really konw how to test that.

Hopefully my code will work with newer updates of
XDarwin.

    cd /path/to/xc
    patch -R -p1 < /path/to/this.patch

    It is reversed, which confuses things a bit. It also, as I
    mentioned in a comment yesterday, doesn't seem to
    build on current sources due to the new variable not
    being in a .o file that gets included in some binaries.
    This should probably get cleaned up, but a quick fix is
    to replace the extern ints with #defines and delete the
    real definition entirely.
