#37 Dvorak keyboard layout

Please add support for the QWERTY alternative,
Dvorak. Most other programs under OS X
automatically accept the keyboard menu setting for
"DV". But it seems to have no effect on XDarwin.

Sorry, but I rewired my brain years ago and
QWERTY is my Kryptonite.

It would be nice to have the native support, but in the
meantime you should be able to use:
setxkbmap dvorak

to set your x keyboard to dvorak.
