#31 'Aqua' enter/leave events for rootless

OK, now that 4.2 is out the door I thought it would be
nice to start adding to my 'wish-list'... ;-)

Number 1: Completely rewrite the enter/leave events so
they are driven by OSX window events rather than through
the 'XFree route'.

This would allow more 'seamless' integration of X11
windows with OSX windows since it would prevent spurious
events which occur when entering/leaving parts of an X11
window that are obscured by OSX windows.
