#2 Spaces in .ecore names show bad

Start a new xOCL project, use a name with spaces for the project.
By default the .ecore file will be named after the project name.
Open the .editoconfig file, it will show the .ecore name with %20 in place of spaces.

e should either not allow name or space characters in Ecore names, or show them properly, as they show when typed by the user.
