#18 Table Editor does not refresh class names for reference

Create a model
Create a new class A
Create a new class B
Add a reference to class A of type B
Rename B to C

The reference type cell in table editor will keep showing "B" as reference type
until you reset it manually.

Table Editor should instead show "C" as reference type.
