#13 Quirky behavior of drag & drop in Table Editor

In table editor, at least under Linux, drag and drop does not work well.

Often the row you drag stops and there is no way to drag it any further. This especially when in dragging you pass over another row that is collapsed: the collapsed row opens and the dragging is stopped.

Also, is impossible to drag a row before the first one or after the last one. This means if there are two rows it is impossible to switch their order with drag and drop.
