#10 Extraneous output in log file for timer events

Since there are events that reregister themselves often (auto-save, for example), the following message is written to the log file excessively:

2010-05-07 09:04:51,391 [Timer-0] INFO com.ximba.xnotesng.core.TimerManager Scheduling event (XNotes Auto Save) to start @: Fri May 07 09:05:51 MDT 2010

This message should be removed.
