eXchaNGeR 0.4 Released

The eXchaNGeR XML-browser is a simple and flexible browser framework for XML elements, it allows for association of pluggable services with specific XML element-types.

This version is updated with a XML parsing mechanism, this allows for creating XML elements from a text string containing XML information.

... and some minor bug fixes, ignoring the DOCTYPE entity and saving the information to a 'pretty' format.
