eXchaNGeR 0.3 Released

The eXchaNGeR XML-browser is a simple and flexible browser framework for XML elements, it allows for association of pluggable services with specific XML element-types.

This version is updated with:
- A Security mechanism,
The services are no longer allowed to call System.exit() and can no longer create their own Security Manager.
- An Extension mechanism,
This allows for the usage of external packages by the services.
- A .dtd file describing the service.xml file.

Note: There have been no changes to the interface so any services created for the 0.1 and 0.2 version work as well for this version.
