I was searching for a xml viewer and found this application quite usefull.

I have a question about the license. 

Can I use this in a program that I'm developing for a company?

I would integrate it in my java code and put this in binaries.

Is this possible with the mpl license? Do I have to use 

Dom4j?

Is this possible with its license?

The xngr xml-browser has been released under the Mozilla Public License,
this license allows you to package the application with any third-party
applications however changes to any of the sources need to be reported
back to the Open Source 'community'.

Dom4j has been published using an the even less restrictive BSD style license.
