Hi,

Version 0.3 of the eXchaNGeR XML-browser has been released.

This version contains improved Security management. The services are no
longer allowed to call System.exit() and to set their own Security Manager.

This version also has a new extension mechanism for the services, to allow
the services to use external packages.

A .dtd file describing (and can be used to verify) the service.xml files is
available as well.
