No, probably not, the browser has not been designed as a ready to use XML
Editor component.

The Exchanger XML Browser supports schema validation.

However I'm not sure about the second part of your question, 'interface
customization via schema document'. This is (probably) not supported but
feel free to write your own Schema service that would allow for this.
