[xngr-user] eXchaNGeR 0.4 Released

Version 0.4 of the eXchaNGeR XML-browser has been released.

This version contains a couple of bug fixes, the XML is saved to an even
prettier format and the application ignores the DOCTYPE entity.

Have a look at the 2 new services:
- A SOAP service which allows users to send SOAP messages over HTTP
specifying the URL and SOAP Action.
- A SVG service which allows the user to view Scalable Vector Graphics
elements.
