Hi,

Version 0.3 of the eXchaNGeR XML-browser has been released.

This version contains improved Security management, and will ask the user
for confirmation before removing a service or document.

The security management grants the eXchaNGeR application all rights on the
users machine (same as it was before) but it allows the user to fine-tune
these rights by changing the policy file. The services however are more
restricted and run in a more controlled environment.
