#180 Incorrect display of accented characters in Chat window

In the Chat window, all accented characters are displayed as a small rectangle. This makes it particularly hard to follow conversations in, for example, Portuguese. At the moment, I cannot determine whether this happens only when communicating with WinMX peers or whether this also occurs with other xNap peers.
