[XNap-Commons-Devel] 0.9 released

Hi,

I am proud to announce the first release of XNap Commons. It is available from 
our maven repository and from the SourceForge file release system. I have 
also submitted a request for a Freshmeat project that will hopefully be 
approved within the next few days.

Felix has setup a LaunchPad project where translators can easily add 
localization for any language through a web interface:
