#50 Downloading new Levels - Simple Error

With a vanilla installation, downloading new levels on Windows (Version 0.25test1) doesn't work. According to the logfile, the program tries to create a directory named "Levels/downloaded". However, in Windows, a two levels deep directory structure cannot be created at once. So, "Levels" has to be created first, then it works.
