#4 new feature : insert

I now the option -e of xmms, with add the file at the
end of the play list ($ xmms -e file.ogg)
But I didn't find how to insert a file in "the middle"
of the play list.

So it would be greate if you could code a new fonction
do to that.
for exemple :
xmms-shell> insert 53 zik.ogg
with would insert the file at the 53rd place

another thing that would rock is the ability to move items in the
playlist like mv 54 23
would move the 54 song to the 23 position and move 24-53
down one spot.... or something similar.
