I've nailed down a problem with XMMS and it's MP3 loading issues on my end. I use ScummVM which needs a certain set of SDL libraries and libMAD. These compilations are for the Sharp ROM I believe. Before I install ScummVM, libSDL_1.2.6, libSDL-mixer_1.2.5, libSDL-net_1.2.5, libmad_0.14.2b-1, XMMS doesn't have any problems loading or playing MP3s. Afterwards, I can not get it to load them into the playlist. Unfortunately I corrupted something within the Packages program and now can't uninstall and reinstall stuff to figure which is causing the problems. I have to reflash OZ. Any idea which one would be messing up XMMS's mp3 playing? |

Hi! That libmad package doesn't have libid3tag, this could be the problem. The libmad package in oz3 feeds have it. bye Denes On 2003. m=E1rcius 11. 05:07, Dustin Neal wrote: > I forgot the link. > http://www.gnurou.org/software/zaurus/ > > >Any idea which one would be messing up XMMS's mp3 playing? |
