qpe-base is provided by opie-base, others are in the feed (i looked
at it with my browser now).

that's because libmad0 is missing.

5 processes is normal, 20% cou continuously is not, but i guess (hope)
it is not like that constantly.

ehm. mplayer plays mp3s with libmad .... :) maybe you have a libmad
from some other place than oz, and you don't have libid3tag (which is
in oz's libmad0 package). Or libmad0 installation was not perfect.
