Johnathan Stowe to take over XML::XSLT development

Since I have no time to work on XML::XSLT (as evidenced by the lack of a 
release for over a year!), I am handing over to Johnathan Stowe 
(gellyfish on Sourceforge), email <jn...@ge...>.

I have createded an admin account for him on Sourceforge, and will be 
handing over responsibility for the CPAN module as well.
