Hi

Please download Tomcat 4.0.

If you use Tomcat 3.2.3 then you will be out of synch with the latest 
Java 2EE version. Tomcat 3.2.3 uses the Servlet 2.2 and JSP 1.1 
specifications while the J2EE 1.3_01 uses the Servlet 2.3 and JSP 1.2.
