Hi, guys. I am having problems connecting using Groove. But It seems I am not the only one. In case I can connect this evening, is it possible to contact you tomorrow or on Wednesday at the same time? Thank you. We can all download NetMeeting starting from http://i2cs.cs.uiuc.edu/tutorials/tutorial-module1.html. Perhaps we should begin there? At any rate, I'm sure we'll need to reschedule tonight's meeting. :^( ----- Original Message ----- From: "Radu Dram" <rd...@ly...> To: <xml...@li...>; "Hugo Garcia" <xm...@ya...> Sent: Monday, October 01, 2001 7:50 PM Subject: Re: [xmlWiki-developers] Groove > Hi, guys. > > I am having problems connecting using Groove. But It seems I am not the only one. Its just too memory intensive.. It's already crashed my system. win2k 256MB. So do we just set up an msn or yahoo.. chat room and discuss what we need to today while we think of a more stable platform to use? I think we can safely say we can call this off. Jim - it seems you are the best candidate to set up a Jabber server. Can you do that? If not can anybody else? If not then I guess we are stuck with AOL or Yahoo! -H --- Deborah Hinkley <deb...@ho...> wrote: > are we going to continue our meeting tonite on a jabber? or should we > reschedule once we decide on a client that WORKS! :) > > > From: Hugo Garcia <xm...@ya...> > To: xml...@li... > Subject: [xmlWiki-developers] Groove > Date: Mon, 1 Oct 2001 18:29:56 -0700 (PDT) > > Well I was there but the client froze on me two times. > > It is a bummer because it is a nice interface. > > -H > > > ===== > ====================== > > Were I a nightingale, I would act the part of a nightingale; were I a swan, > the part of a swan. > > -Epictetus (A.D. c. 50?c. 138) : Discourses.
