[Xmlunit-general] XMLTestCase is now abstract

Hi all,

just a heads up that after I received positive feedback a few weeks
ago I went ahead and made XMLTestCasse abstract.

At least the few projects that build in apache Gump and use XMLUnit
didn't suffer any problems with the change.
