[Xmlunit-general] Cleaned Up DifferenceEngine

Hi

when I added ComparisonController I used Map.Entry as a quick hack, this
has now been cleaned up a little in a branch named
diff-engine-alternative (both in xmlunit and xmlunit.net).  I'd
appreciate a quick review of the changes.
