#93 tv_grab_combiner leaves temporary files around

When using tv_grab_combiner temporary files are created, but they're not removed when script exits.

The attached patch fixes this problem.

Seen when using xmltv 0.5.66 on Ubuntu 12.04 (perl v5.14.2).
