I hope this patch is suitable for inclusion - I only wrote it tonight but figured it best to submit for comments in case I was going down the wrong path...
IT HAS NOT BEEN TESTED MUCH.
It's against 0.5.45.
I (and, given the stereotype, I suspect a few others) like to watch the Sci-Fi channel on Sky.
The RadioTimes who I love dearly don't publish a SciFi+1 listing.
I figured it can't be *that* hard...
David
This patch allows the following entry in channel_ids:
plus-1.uk.scifi.com|244|SciFi+1|http://www.lyngsat-logo.com/logo/tv/ss/scifi.jpg|1 hour
The new column at the end specifies a time difference to be applied by DateCalc
so "1 hour" or "2 hour" for +1 and +2 channels.
Notice that there are now multiple xmltv.id's associated with an RT-id - the warning is amended to explain this.

I am planning to look into this feature soon both to allow users to create arbitrarily timeshifted listings for +x channel listings not carried by the Radio Times, and also as a measure to reduce load on the RT server when users require listings for the 'base' channel and timeshifted versions.
This will also have the side effect of ensuring that title/subtitle/desc data is identical for a base channel and any timeshifted versions. I have noticed occassional small differences with the curent base/+x data files which can cause the same timeshifted program to have different information.

Timeshifted channels support has been added to tv_grab_uk_rt in revision 1.143 of tv_grab_uk_rt.in and revision 1.54 of channel_ids. Many thanks David for your initial patch, upon which I based this update.
In this update I have included all currently available timeshifted channels that I am aware of, so if there are any more that can be added please let me know.
