Indeed, the titles and descriptions are the ones passed to us and in some cases may be generic. It's worth noting that the data is exactly the same as used on the RadioTimes site. Here's one of those generic Two and a Half Men: http://www.radiotimes.com/episode/nxsvp/two-and-a-half-men--two-and-a-half-men There are editorial guidelines about how the data should be structured. Over time as those creating the listings become more familiar with these the number of exceptions will continue to decrease. But creating data for several hundred channels is no small feat, so inevitably there may be some variation between channels and this will be dependent on the quality of the source data from the channels themselves. But this is the same data as used on the site, so it's in everyone's interests to ensure it's as good as it can be and to look out for ways in which it can be continually improved. Cheers Jonathan |
