#2 Some web actions should use POST

All links and forms used to communicate with the
XMLTester Web interface use the GET
method. The actions which modify some state
in the XMLTester should use a POST (or PUT, etc.)
method.

One consequence is that a user might press
"Reload" in her browser, and cause a test
execution to restart unintentionally. That ain't cool!
