First Release of XmlStarlet Command Line XML Toolkit
is avaiable

XmlStarlet is designed to simplify delaing with XML files on command line and within shell scripts.

XmlStarlet allows to query/check/transform/search/edit XML documents.

XmlsStarlet is written in C using libxml2 and libxslt from Gnome project.
