#107 "out of memory" for "val -e -d"

xml.exe prints "out of memory" while processing a ~1GiB file:

"C:\Program Files\XMLStarlet\xml.exe" val -e -d "bmecat_new_catalog_1_2.dtd" "Output.xml"

Please provide a 64 bit binary if this memory consumption is normal.

It's a deficiency in the API for external dtd validation (see [#65]). For other schema types and DTDs contained/referenced by the document the streaming API can be used.

There's been an open request for someone to make a 64bit windows package up on the main web page for a while now, but so far everyone who initially offered to do so disappeared after the first contact...
