XMLSP 0.3 released - upgrade please

This is a critical upgrade, since it fixes bugs in core XML parsing routine which produced invalid output.

If you are using older versions I think you should upgade XMLSP now.

If you ever find a bug, please report it here on sourceforge or send me an e-mail.
