Hi, I'm trying to decided between using Marquee and the Apache version (old Helma). Basically the Apache version looks a bit more active (they have a few postings on thier mailing lists), but I dislike the way the code smells. Marquee is much more to my liking code wise, but the activity level is low.
Is there an active developer/maintainer on Marquee? Can someone here give me any indication that they are using Marquee? Just some indication that this isn't a dead project would be nice.
Regards
John Volkar

So sorry for replying so late. I have been away on vacation, and when I returned we we're just swamped with work.
Anyway, the library is definately in use today. And despite what it looks like, the library is still in development. It has just been slow lately. Some changes are about to be committed in a week or two. Mostly this is bug fixes, switch to SAX2 parser, better thread handling, and so on.
We are still aiming to make this the best library for Java.

Greger.
