remove all #include<curl/types.h> - this file no longer exists...
This relates to super_stable; stable compiles. See also http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=100976&aid=3357929&group_id=976 where curl/types.h was removed (7.21.7, around 7/2011) and various posts to downstream distributions and packages that make use of xmlrpc-c: e.g. http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=32354 http://mail-index.netbsd.org/current-users/2011/07/03/msg017003.html
Seems the situation was fixed in 1.28 and 1.25.08, but not in 1.16.41
