Changing XMLRPC to allow abyss to serve web

I would like to make an update to the XML-RPC Abyss server implementation to allow it to also serve simple static web pages along with processing RPC requests.  I can see from the documentation & code how this can be done and I think I can do this.  I would like to know how I can contribute code back to this group when I'm done making the change.
