What does this mean to the average FreeBSD user?

Also, what changes were necessary between 0.3.0 and 0.3.0_2?

This basically means that FreeBSD users will be able to easily install/=20
uninstall/upgrade xmlroff (and it's dependencies) from pre-compiled =20
packages or source code.

These patches were submitted by a FreeBSD developer (hrs at =20
FreeBSD.org) to fix the xmlroff build on FreeBSD 4.x systems.  You may =20
want to contact him for further information.  Unfortunately I'm not a C =20
developer.
