[xmlroff] Soon to be unemployed

The Java project that was my day job has incurred a disinvestment,
with the result that I am a disinvestmenteee (if there is such a
word).

In the short term, I may well have more time to spend on xmlroff (in
between job interviews, that is), and in the longer term, I would
anticipate that xmlroff would continue to be developed, but with my
name (or your name, if you also contribute) on the copyright for new
material.
